Gift Orders

Every Folk Form order is packed with care and includes a free luxury gift box, ready to give with no extra wrapping needed.

Shipping Directly to a Gift Recipient

You can ship your order directly to a gift recipient by entering their address as the shipping address and your own address as the billing address.

Pricing and Invoice

For gift orders, we never include product prices inside the package.

The priced invoice is emailed to you only.

Personalized Gift Message

You can add a short personalized gift message in the Order Notes at checkout.

We will handwrite your message on a branded card and include it with your gift, complimentary.

Some made-to-measure or custom-made items require additional production time before shipping.

For custom-made items:

Production time is usually 2–4 weeks.
Shipping time begins only after production is complete.

Orders with In-Stock and Custom-Made Items

If your order includes both in-stock and custom-made items, they may ship together unless otherwise arranged with our team.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.

We will open an investigation with the carrier and help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit, we will offer either:

Damaged Shipments
