We want your order to arrive safely, beautifully, and without unexpected fees. Every order is packed by hand and shipped through trusted international carriers.

United States

Shipping cost

Free on orders of $90 or more. Orders under $90 carry a flat $20 shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Import duties

We pay the import duty, not you. The amount you confirm at checkout is the final amount you pay.

You will not be asked for import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees or carrier charges when your package arrives. If a carrier bills you for import duty in error, send us the receipt and we refund it in full.

Delivery time

Usually 9 to 15 business days after dispatch. Worth ordering early if it is for a date.

Order by for the holidays

We recommend ordering by the dates below. They allow for the longest case: 3 business days of processing plus 15 business days in transit, counting Monday to Friday and skipping US federal holidays.

  • Christmas 2026: order by Friday, November 27, 2026 to arrive by Wednesday, December 23.
  • Valentine's Day 2027: order by Tuesday, January 19, 2027 to arrive by Friday, February 12.
  • Mother's Day 2027 (Sunday, May 9): order by Tuesday, April 13, 2027 to arrive by Friday, May 7.

International

Shipping cost

Free on orders of $90 or more. Orders under $90 carry a flat $20 shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties outside the United States

Duties and taxes vary by local regulation. Where prepaid duties are available for your destination they are shown clearly at checkout. Otherwise they are the recipient's responsibility.

Processing and tracking

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Once dispatched you receive an email with a tracking link. Updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

United States: 9 to 15 business days after dispatch
Other international: 9 to 18 business days after dispatch
Made-to-measure pieces: the same delivery times after dispatch, with 3 to 5 business days of tailoring before dispatch

Gift orders

Every order is packed with a gift box, ready to give with no extra wrapping needed.

Sending straight to the recipient: enter their address as the shipping address and yours as the billing address.

Price concealment: we never include prices inside a parcel. The priced invoice is emailed to you only.

Handwritten note: add a short message in the Order Notes at checkout. We handwrite it on a branded card, complimentary.

Made-to-measure orders

Pieces cut to your personal measurements need tailoring time before they ship.

After you order, reply to your order confirmation email with your measurements. We confirm them within one business day.
Made to measure adds 10% of the listed price, paid through a secure link we send once your measurements are confirmed. Pieces sold only made to measure, such as our ao dai, include tailoring in the listed price.
Once your measurements are confirmed and any surcharge is paid, your piece is dispatched within 4 to 8 business days: 3 to 5 business days of tailoring plus our usual 1 to 3 business days of processing.
Delivery after dispatch is the same as for any order: 9 to 15 business days to the United States, 9 to 18 business days elsewhere.
In total, allow 13 to 23 business days to the United States, or 13 to 26 business days elsewhere, from confirmed measurements to delivery.

Lost or delayed

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated window, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We open an investigation with the carrier.

If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit we offer either a replacement, subject to availability, or a full refund including any shipping paid.

Arrived damaged

Contact us within thirty days of delivery. We understand gifts are often opened later than they arrive, so if your recipient finds damage on opening, just reach out.

Please include your order number, photographs of the outer package and the item, and a short description. We then offer a replacement, refund, or another fair solution.

Returns

You can return an item within thirty days of delivery if it is unused, unwashed and in the original gift box. Returns travel back to our atelier in Hanoi, Vietnam. For a change-of-mind return, the international return postage is yours; we send the address with your return authorization. If the fault is ours, we pay postage both ways.
