International Shipping Policy (Costs, Processing, Timelines, Issues)

We ship worldwide from Vietnam via trusted carriers like UPS or FedEx, typically using expedited services.

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after initial payment confirmation. Shipping Confirmation email with tracking is sent upon dispatch.

Shipping Costs:

Free Shipping for All Orders to United States (US), Australia (AU), United Kingdom (UK).

Rest of the World:

  • Orders $500 USD or more (subtotal): FREE Worldwide Shipping.
  • Orders under $500 USD (subtotal): Tiered Flat Rate Shipping applies (calculated at checkout based on destination zone & estimated weight/value):

Example Tier 1 (e.g., Asia Zone 1): $25 USD

Example Tier 2 (e.g., NZ/Asia Zone 2): $35 USD

Example Tier 3 (e.g., Europe Zone 1): $40 USD

Example Tier 4 (e.g., Rest of World/Europe Zone 2): $45 USD

Estimated Shipping Time (After Dispatch):

  • Standard Scarves & In-Stock Items: Approximately 7-15 business days.
  • Custom-Made Items: Approximately 15-20 business days (begins after custom production period - See Section 10).

Disclaimer: Carrier estimates; actual times vary by destination, customs, etc. Basic carrier insurance is included.

Order Tracking: Provided via Shipping Confirmation email (UPS/FedEx link).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Recipient's sole responsibility. Contact local customs before ordering. Prices exclude these charges.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

Notification: If your package doesn't arrive within 10 business days after the estimated timeframe, or arrives with clear transit damage, contact Customer Service immediately with your order number and details/photos.

Investigation: Folk Form will initiate a claim/investigation with the carrier (UPS/FedEx). This process can take time, and your cooperation (providing information) may be required.

Resolution: Once the carrier confirms the package as lost or damaged beyond repair during transit:

  • We will offer you the choice of a full refund (including initial shipping costs) OR a replacement shipment of the same item(s), subject to availability, at no additional cost to you.
  • For items damaged but repairable, we may discuss other mutually agreeable solutions.
  • We aim to resolve confirmed lost/damaged shipment issues fairly and promptly after the carrier investigation concludes.

Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

1. Express delivery, 2-3 days to receive goods

  • Free shipping for orders from 5,000,000 VND
  • Shipping fee of 35,000 VND for orders under 5,000,000 VND

2. Express delivery, 1-2 days to receive goods depending on location

  • Shipping fee: 200,000 VND

Order Confirmation Process

Step 1: On-Screen Confirmation: Displayed immediately after successful payment, showing order number and details.

Step 2: Email Confirmation: Sent simultaneously to your provided email address. Includes order number, item summary, addresses, initial amount charged (USD), payment method. Please check spam/junk folders.

Action: Review carefully. Contact us immediately for discrepancies (See Order Modifications & Cancellations Policy Section). Keep for records. Expect further communication for custom orders (See Custom-Made (Made-to-Measure) Orders Policy Section).

Gift Options & Services

Enhance your gift of Folk Form:

  • Step 1: Direct Recipient Shipping: Enter recipient's details in "Shipping Address," your details in "Billing Address."
  • Step 2: Elegant Gift Wrapping: Select option at checkout (nominal fee may apply). If instructions conflict (e.g., gift wrap selected but note says not to), we will follow the specific written instructions in the Order Notes. For multiple items, specify needs in Order Notes or contact us immediately.
  • Step 3: Personalized Gift Message: Enter message (under 250 characters recommended) in "Gift Message" or "Order Notes." Handwritten on a branded card. Complimentary.
  • Step 4: Gift Receipt (Price Concealment): Automatically done for gift-wrapped orders or different shipping/billing addresses. Packing slip shows items only; priced invoice emailed to buyer. Confirm in Order Notes if desired.

Custom-Made (Made-to-Measure) Orders Policy

Experience the perfect fit with our custom service for select apparel.

  • Step 1: Place Initial Order: Pay base item price + initial shipping at checkout.
  • Step 2: Measurement Contact & Consent: We contact you via WhatsApp/SMS (1-2 business days post-payment) for measurements. We will confirm your consent for this communication via email. Email is the backup if unresponsive.
  • Step 3: Provide Accurate Measurements: Follow our guidance carefully; accurate measurements provided by you are crucial.
  • Step 4: Surcharge Calculation & Payment: 10% surcharge calculated. Separate secure invoice/link sent for payment before production.
  • Step 5: Confirmation & Production: Production begins only after confirmed measurements AND surcharge payment received. Estimated production time is typically 2-4 weeks (this is before the shipping timeframe begins).
  • Step 6: Shipping: Ships via chosen method; estimated shipping time is 15-20 business days after production completion.
