We want your order to arrive safely, beautifully, and without unexpected fees. Every order is packed by hand and shipped through trusted international carriers.

United States

Shipping cost

Free on orders of $90 or more. Orders under $90 carry a flat $20 shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Import duties

We pay the import duty, not you. The amount you confirm at checkout is the final amount you pay.

You will not be asked for import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees or carrier charges when your package arrives. If a carrier bills you for import duty in error, send us the receipt and we refund it in full.

Delivery time

Usually 9 to 15 business days after dispatch. Worth ordering early if it is for a date.

International

Australia and United Kingdom

Free shipping on orders of $90 or more. Orders under $90 carry a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Everywhere else

Orders of $90 or more qualify for free worldwide shipping. Orders under $90 carry a shipping fee calculated at checkout by destination zone. Final shipping cost is always shown before payment.

Duties outside the United States

Duties and taxes vary by local regulation. Where prepaid duties are available for your destination they are shown clearly at checkout. Otherwise they are the recipient's responsibility.

Processing and tracking

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Once dispatched you receive an email with a tracking link. Updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

  • United States: 9 to 15 business days
  • Other international: 9 to 18 business days
  • Custom-made items: 15 to 20 business days after production is complete

Gift orders

Every order is packed with a gift box, ready to give with no extra wrapping needed.

Sending straight to the recipient: enter their address as the shipping address and yours as the billing address.

Price concealment: we never include prices inside a parcel. The priced invoice is emailed to you only.

Handwritten note: add a short message in the Order Notes at checkout. We handwrite it on a branded card, complimentary.

Custom-made orders

Made-to-measure pieces need production time before shipping.

  • Our team contacts you to confirm measurements before production begins.
  • Production takes 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Shipping time begins only after production is complete.
  • Delivery after dispatch is usually 15 to 20 business days.

Lost or delayed

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated window, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We open an investigation with the carrier.

If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit we offer either a replacement, subject to availability, or a full refund including any shipping paid.

Arrived damaged

Contact us within thirty days of delivery. We understand gifts are often opened later than they arrive, so if your recipient finds damage on opening, just reach out.

Please include your order number, photographs of the outer package and the item, and a short description. We then offer a replacement, refund, or another fair solution.
