The collar on this shirt is drawn from 14th century Vietnamese dress. Everything else is plain: white cloth with no print, a linen and rayon blend in a plain weave, cut to order in Hanoi.

A collar from the 14th century
Our scarves carry Vietnamese heritage in print: dragons, phoenixes and lotus from Ly and Tran Dynasty art, on silk. This shirt carries it in the cut instead, and it stays at the neck.
That restraint is the point. A white shirt with a standing collar looks dressed at dinner and relaxed with the top button open, and it never needs a tie to look finished.

Our team confirms within one business day, and tailoring adds 3 to 5 business days before dispatch. Once your measurements are confirmed, we send a secure link for the 10% made-to-measure surcharge. Made-to-measure pieces are not covered by our 30-day return and include one complimentary alteration instead.

Will it arrive before the event?
Standard sizes: 1 to 3 business days before it ships, 9 to 15 business days to a US address. About three and a half weeks in all.
Made to measure: add 3 to 5 business days of tailoring.
What if it does not fit?
Standard sizes: 30 days to return it, unworn and unwashed, in the original box.
If you simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours. Store credit adds 15%.
Made to measure: not part of the 30-day return. One complimentary alteration is included instead.
