Reply to your order confirmation with your measurements. Our team confirms within one business day, and tailoring adds 3 to 5 business days before dispatch. Once your measurements are confirmed, we send a secure link for the 10% made-to-measure surcharge. Made-to-measure pieces are not covered by our 30-day return and include one complimentary alteration instead. If you would rather order a standard size, tell us which US size you usually wear and we will cut to that.
Is it real silk?
Yes, 100% mulberry silk. Nothing is printed on it, so what you see is the cloth.

How long does it take?
In your usual US size: 1 to 3 business days in Hanoi, then 9 to 15 business days to a US address. Allow up to 18 business days, about three and a half weeks.
Cut to your measurements: add 3 to 5 business days of tailoring once your measurements are confirmed.
What if it does not fit?
In your usual US size: return within 30 days, unworn and unwashed, in the original box. Change-of-mind return postage is yours, and store credit adds 15%.
