A dragon for an achievement
In our motif map, dragons mark what someone did, and the phoenix describes who someone is. A new job is a dragon moment.
Dragon of Grace takes the Ly Dynasty dragon from the stone of Hanoi's imperial citadel and repeats it, small and symmetrical, around a lotus pedestal. It reads as a pattern until you look closely.
The dragon holds a pearl. In the Lotus Sutra story behind it, the pearl stands for wisdom, a fair wish for anyone starting out.

Every shirt is cut to order in our Hanoi atelier. Select Made to measure, then reply to your order confirmation with your bust, waist and preferred sleeve and body length. Our team confirms within one business day, and tailoring adds 3 to 5 business days before dispatch. Once your measurements are confirmed, we send a secure link for the 10% made-to-measure surcharge. Made-to-measure pieces are not covered by our 30-day return and include one complimentary alteration instead. Same silk, same hand-printed panel, for an extra 10% of the listed price.
Is it real silk?
Yes, 100% mulberry silk. It is the same hand-printed silk we use for scarves.

Why $215
The yellow is printed by hand in our Hanoi studio, with the dragon matched across the panels. The shirt is cut to order in our own atelier.
Shipping and US import duty are included in $215, so she pays nothing at the door. Made to measure is 10% more.
Is yellow right for an office?
Under a navy or gray jacket, yes: a band of yellow shows at the front and the rest is tailoring.
Will it arrive before she starts?
S, M or L: 1 to 3 business days in Hanoi, then 9 to 15 business days to a US address. Allow up to 18 business days, about three and a half weeks.
Made to measure: add 3 to 5 business days of tailoring before dispatch.
If it is for a graduation ceremony, count back three and a half weeks from the date.
