The dragon we suggest for graduates
Dragon of Grace is the motif we suggest for a graduation. It draws on the Lotus Sutra, where a dragon offers a pearl to the Buddha, and the pearl stands for wisdom and compassion.
Around the small Ly Dynasty dragons are bodhi leaves, from the tree of the Buddha's enlightenment, and lotus. For someone who has just spent years learning, the symbolism is hard to improve on.

Each color of the dragon is printed by hand through its own screen, and the skirt needs enough silk to wrap and overlap, plus its long tie.
The print is matched at the panels before we cut to order and sew in our own Hanoi atelier. It ships straight to you, US import duty paid, so the price is $289.
Will it arrive before graduation?
One size: 1 to 3 business days in Hanoi, 9 to 15 business days to a US address. Order about three and a half weeks before the ceremony.
Custom length: 3 to 5 business days more.
What if it does not fit?
One size: return it within 30 days, unworn and unwashed, in the original box. Change-of-mind return postage is yours, and store credit adds 15%.
Custom length: made to measure, so it is outside the 30-day return. One complimentary alteration is included.
