This is our Boho 1970 maxi with sleeves, in 100% mulberry silk, with no waist seam. The sleeve measures 14.6 inches, so the upper arm is covered. Dragon of Grace is printed across the red by hand.

A dragon from the royal record
May Hoa Long An, Dragon of Grace, takes its dragon from the Ly Dynasty, whose court began the imperial citadel at Thang Long in 1010. The Sung Thien Dien Linh stele of 1121 describes dragons on royal robes as well as on buildings, as signs of good omen.
The Ly dragon is recognizably Vietnamese: no scales, three claws, a body that bends like a river, and a flame crest from the nose that sets it apart from the Chinese dragon. On the forehead is a small S-shaped mark, the old character for thunder.
Here eight of them sit in symmetry around a center with bodhi leaves and lotus. It is a motif with a source you can name at the table.

The standard cut drapes loosely on a bust up to 37 in / 94 cm. There is no waist seam, so it skims the body rather than fitting close.

Will it arrive before the celebration?
Standard size: 1 to 3 business days to dispatch and 9 to 15 business days to a US address. For Lunar New Year or a birthday, order about three and a half weeks ahead.
Made to measure: 3 to 5 business days more.
Can I return it?
Standard size: 30-day returns, unworn and unwashed, in the original box. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you; store credit comes with an extra 15%.
Made to measure: cut for one person, so it sits outside the 30-day return. It includes one complimentary alteration.
