What to tell her about the dragon
Tell her it is a Ly Dynasty dragon, from the carvings of Hanoi's imperial citadel, begun in 1010. Here it is drawn small and repeated, so it looks like fine pattern until you get close.
Then the details appear: a raised head, a long flowing mane, wide eyes and small teeth, as if the dragon were playing with a pearl. It is a far gentler animal than the dragons of Western stories.

The skirt is matched at the panels, cut to order in our Hanoi atelier and posted to her directly. We pay the US import duty, so she is never asked for anything at the door, and $289 is all you pay.
Will it arrive for her birthday?
One size: 1 to 3 business days before it leaves Hanoi, then 9 to 15 business days to her address. Order about three and a half weeks before the date.
Custom length: add 3 to 5 business days.
What if it is not right?
One size: return it within 30 days, unworn and unwashed, in the original box. Change-of-mind return postage is yours, and store credit adds 15%.
Custom length: made to measure, so it is outside the 30-day return. One complimentary alteration is included.
